Norma is an amazing real estate professional. In 2018 she helped me buy my first house. She was extremely knowledgable of the process and was able to address all of my questions, which I had tons of. She always answered my calls and kept me in the know of important dates. As a first time buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. In 2020, I called on her again to help me sell the first house to move out of state, and her talents were even sharper than before. She was able to negotiate an extremely great price for my situation and went above and beyond to help me get some of my repairs done by calling some of her own people. If you're in the market for someone to help you buy or sell your home, Norma is who you need.

My pledge is to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. My belief is that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards but through the satisfaction of my clients. I am not #1 – YOU ARE!
It’s important that you know my purpose is for you to be so outrageously happy with the help I provide that you’ll gladly introduce me to at least two people you really care about before your transaction closes. Not because you feel obligated, but because you truly believe they’ll benefit.
My Specialties
Norma is a certified staging specialist. She enjoys working with sellers in getting their home prepared for market. Staging a home reduces the days on market as well as many times brings more money. It really works. In a competitive market, a well-staged home can make an incredible impact!
Testimonials
Our experience with Norma was amazing. She made sure that she kept us in the loop with during the entire process. She always returned our messages and answered our questions. She was a tremendous help when it came to dealing with the lender and the seller. She was an outstanding Battle Buddy for this Navy vet and my family.
by JamarNorma is an exceptional professional who took a genuine, personal interest in our home search needs. She always listened attentively and displayed a lot of patience while we painstakingly sorted out several promising homes with second and third visits, and professional inspections. As we were moving from Texas, and unfamiliar with the Chattanooga area, we relied on her expert guidance and judgement. My spouse and I had met and spoken with several other Realtors, but agreed that Norma was the one most worthy of our trust. I very much appreciated that she was always patient and never pushy. We finally did purchase and close on a wonderful home near Hamilton Place, with Norma providing needed support until closing to ensure full coordination, cooperation and support from the Seller, the Seller's agent, the mortgage lender, the home inspector, and the Title Company. Norma really earned and deserved her commission! This was my 8th home purchase and I can recommend her as the best Realtor I've had the pleasure to work with. BTW it's very evident that she is well known and highly regarded in the local community.
